Introduction: Determining of student satisfaction level is considered as the most important indicators to reach the desired quality. Therefore this study was performed with purpose of Evaluation of student satisfaction at educational and research processes in Lorestan medical sciences schools.
Methods: This cross - sectional study was conducted in Lorestan University of Medical Sciences at 2013. 240 students selected from all schools based on stratified method. To measure student satisfaction a questionnaire consisted of 71 questions related to various aspects of educational services (9 compasses) was used. Obtained data were analyzed using SPSS16, Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis statistical tests
Results: Most of the participants (24.9%) were 20 years old. 67.1 percent of students were female. Most of students were at the undergraduate level (70.5%) and physician (24.5%). Level of satisfaction for all compasses was at moderate level apart from chairman. Based on statistic result only in internships and apprenticeships compasses satisfaction level showed a significant correlation with students age (0.012), studying duration (P
