رابطه عملکرد جنسی با سلامت روانی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 شهر تبریزدر سال 1394

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: دیابت نوع 2 بیماری مزمنی است که عوارض متابولیک جدی به جا می‌گذارد. اختلالات جنسی، یکی از عوارض مزمن دیابت محسوب می‌شوند که می‌تواند سلامت روانی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه عملکرد جنسی با سلامت روانی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دوم در شهر تبریز صورت پذیرفت.
مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه پژوهشی شامل کلیه بیماران زن مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود. حجم نمونه در جامعه مورد مطالعه تعداد 300 نفر بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ(GHQ-28) و پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی زنان روزن و همکاران بود. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 18 و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی بلاخص، شاخص‌های پراکندگی، مرکزی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.
یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج به‌ دست‌آمده از پژوهش بین عملکرد جنسی و تمامی متغیرهای سلامت روانی همبستگی منفی و معنادار وجود دارد. بدین معنا که کاهش عملکرد جنسی با افزایش اختلال در سلامت روان همراه است(p<0.05).
نتیجه گیری: دیابت بیماری مزمنی است که عملکرد جنسی و سلامت روان بیماران را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. بر این اساس بهتر است در برنامه‌های درمانی بیماری دیابت به وضعیت عملکرد جنسی سلامت روانی بیماران نیز توجه لازم به عمل آید.

Background and Aims: Type 2 diabetes is a chronic disease that has serious metabolic complications. Sexual disorders are one of the chronic complications of diabetes that can affect mental health. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sexual function and mental health in women with type 2 diabetes in Tabriz..
Materials and Method: This study was a correlational study. The study population consisted of all female patients with type 2 diabetes. Sample size in the study population was 300 people selected by cluster sampling method. Research instruments were General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) and Rosen et al. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 18 and descriptive statistics including descriptive and inferential statistics and Pearson correlation test.
Results: According to the results of the research, there is a negative and significant correlation between sexual function and all mental health variables. That is, the decline in sexual function is associated with an increase in mental health disorders. (P. <0.05).
Conclusion: Diabetes is a chronic disease that affects sexual function and mental health of patients. Therefore, it is advisable to pay attention to the sexual function of patients' mental health in treatment programs of diabetes.
