Introduction: The operating room because of the revenue to be named as the beating heart treatment centers. Continue to work so that an effective and regular operation room, the hospital will survive economically. Therefore, the standard exercise equipment and space necessary to provide optimal care. These studies to evaluate operating room in Sabzevar.
Materials and methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive study . Samples in this study were included in the operating rooms of three hospitals in Sabzevar. research tool was check lists that prepare according to the Health Department will. After obtaining the necessary permits researchers refer to the operating room and see the current status of each operating room to be completed. With use check List status 6 operating room was compared. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software.
Results: Hospital of Sabzevar city in terms of standards dealing with fire ,standards patient safety, personnel safety, infection control, was optimal level .in physical standards and the equipment was placed in the middle.
Conclusion: Hospital managers also continually assess operating room standards, and they have consider continuous improvement.
