Given the increasing complexity of health education and the high interaction among practical educational units, collaborative classes are recognized as one of the possible strategies to enhance entrepreneurial efforts in the healthcare sector. Rapid changes in health monitoring systems provide promising opportunities for health professionals to strengthen their skills and competencies. As key stakeholders recognized for their significant contributions through direct care, education, research, and consultation, healthcare entrepreneurs play a vital role in the sustainability of the health industry, which continuously requires effective health services.
In our country, the flipped classroom model has not been widely implemented in higher education. Health environments are parallel contexts that involve interactions among doctors, patients, and other professional agents. All these interactions are learnable and play an important role in enhancing creativity. Therefore, to improve the educational process and promote an entrepreneurial spirit in medical education, health ministry educational managers should design and implement integrated educational programs. On the other hand, faculty members should encourage doctoral students to conduct more research in this area.
