- In Beyhagh journal, all steps such as paper submission, peer-reviewing and publication, is done fully electronic only through journal website. Corresponding author should submit his/her manuscript through "Submit Paper" section.  

- Beyhagh journal applies a double-blind peer-review process for papers, meaning that the names of author(s) and reviewer(s) are hidden from each other.

The process of paper evaluation an peer-reviewing in Beyhagh journal:

1. The submitted paper, is evaluated first by executive director with regards to "Guide for Authors" section. If the paper has not been written according to principles, it is sent to the author back for revision. 

2. The Executive director sends the paper to the Editor-in-Chief.

3. The Editor-in-Chief sends the paper to the specialized editor.

4. the specialized editor sends the paper to two reviewers (maximum time for reviewing is 14 days).

5. The reviewers critically peer-review the papers within a maximum of 14 days and send their comments to the specialized editor.

6. At this step, with regards to reviewers comments, the specialized editor may propose the rejection of the paper to the Editor-in-Chief; Or he/she may sends the paper for revision to the authors.

7. The author must upload the revised paper within a maximum of 10 days via journal website. 

8. The specialized editor sends the revised paper to the reference reviewer for final reviewing.

9.  The reference reviewer sends his/her final decision about the paper to the specialized editor within 7 days.

10. The specialized editor sends his/her comment in relation to the acceptance or rejection of the paper to the Editor-in-Chief.

11. the Editor-in-Chief will notify the corresponding author in relation to the acceptance or rejection of the paper.

12. The accepted paper will be sent to language and technical Editor.

13. The edited paper will be sent to the corresponding author for final confirmation.

14. The paper will be send for publisher for publication.
