The study of organizational communication strategies on the performance of a variety of deviant behaviors in nurses

Abstract

Introduction: Any behavior that is not consistent with the expectations of society or a particular group within the community is a deviation behavior. The concept of nursing care, cares for and helps those in need, or to the medical profession is constantly exposed to these deviations. This study seeks to explore the relationship of various organizational communication strategies and interpersonal deviant behaviors among nurses in the study.
Methods& materials: In this correlational study, the population comprised of nurses in public hospitals of Yazd province. The sample size in this study is consistent with Morgan 291 of 300 questionnaires were distributed.
Results The relationship between hard and logical communication strategies with interpersonal deviant behaviors is positive and meaningful, but the relationship between the individual strategies interpersonal communication software with deviant behavior is negative and significant.
Conclusion: The results suggest that reducing the use of communication strategies to increase the use of hard and soft communication strategies such as feeling good attitude, loyalty and attract business and friendship can influence the direction of change in the attitudes of nurses fruitful.
