Background: Learning and life are as same as each other. In-service training is an officially systemic activity that causes progress in scientific and technical skills in any organization or institution. The purpose of present study is the evaluation of Sabzevar health care centers experts point of view toward service training courses held on 2009. Method: Seventy eight health experts (41 men and 37 women) of Sabzevar health care centers were chosen to enrolled in this cross-sectional study by use of census method. Every participant had filled a standard questionnaire. Study data was analyzed by SPSS software by use of statistical variance test. Results: From total of 78 health experts, 39.7% believed that trainings are related to their profession; while this result is not much favorable. Interest in expanding their knowledge has made 60% of participants to participate in courses. About 88.7% were satisfied about employer’s support for conducting the courses. Overall, 89.7% believed that educational courses had good effect on their performance and 91% believed that these courses had positive effects on their level of knowledge. Conclusion: According to the study results. Generally, our participants believed that in-service training can influence discussed topics. However, performing an initial assessment of desired needs prior to planning any courses can be much more effective,
