Material and Methods: The subjects comprised 12 healthy men and 12 others suffering from flat feet disorder. They were divided into two experimental and control groups based on the normalized criterion of navicular. Vicon motion analysis systems (200 Hz) with four T-Series Cameras were used to measure the Spatial, Temporal, and Distance variables. The spatiotemporal parameters computed were cadence, Walking Speed, Single Support, Step Length, Stride Length, and normalized Speed. All analyses were done in Vicon Nexus 1.8.5. Independent t-test was used for data analysis by SPSS, version 24. The type one error was set at α < 0.05. Results: There were no significant differences in all temporospatial parameters between the healthy and flat foot groups (P>0.05). There was a significant increase in stride length (P=0.035) and step length (P=0.045) of flat foot group compared to a healthy group. Conclusion: Changes in temporospatial parameters of flat-foot subjects can be due to an increase in the ankle plantarflexion, knee flexion, and hip flexion in stance phase of running. Increasing the length of stride length and step length may be a compensatory mechanism for the stability of gait and reducing the risk of falling in patients with flat foot.}, keywords = {Flat foot,Running,Spatiotemporal Parameters}, title_fa = {ارزیابی پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی- مکانی هنگام دویدن در بیماران مرد مبتلا به کف پای صاف}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: پارامترهای کینماتیکی حالت‌های متفاوت پا هنگام دویدن ناشناخته اند، لذا هدف از این مطالعه بررسی پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی- مکانی هنگام دویدن در بیماران مرد مبتلا به کف پای صاف است . مواد و روش ها: آزمودنی‌ها 12 نفر مرد سالم و 12 نفر مرد بیمار مبتلا به کف پای صاف بودند که بر اساس میزان شاخص نرمالایز شده ناوی به 2 گروه سالم و بیمار تقسیم شدند. برای ارزیابی پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی- مکانی از سیستم تحلیل حرکتی Vicon شامل 4 دوربین‌ پرسرعت مادون قرمز سری T با فرکانس نمونه برداری 200 هرتز استفاده گردید. پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی-مکانی دویدن شامل تعداد گام‌ها در دقیقه، سرعت دویدن، زمان حمایت تک گانه پا، طول گام، طول قدم، زمان قدم و سرعت دویدن نرمال شده بودند. برای پردازش این پارامترها از نرم افزار Vicon Nexus 1.8.5 استفاده گردید. از روش آماری t مستقل در نرم افزار SPSS 24 و 05/0 ≤ p استفاده شد . یافته ها: تفاوت معنی داری در تمام پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی- مکانی بین افراد سالم با بیماران مبتلا به کف پای صاف وجود ندارد (05/0≥P). افراد مبتلا به کف پای صاف طول گام(035/0= P) و طول قدم (045/0= P) بیشتری دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: تغییر در پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی- مکانی افراد مبتلا به کف پای صاف به دلیل افزایش پلانتارفلکشن مچ پا، فلکشن زانو و ران در فاز استقرار می‌تواند باشد. افزایش طول گام و قدم ممکن است یک مکانیسم جبرانی در جهت پایداری راه رفتن و کاهش خطر سقوط در این افراد باشد.}, keywords_fa = {کف پای صاف,دویدن,پارامترهای فضایی- زمانی- مکانی}, url = {https://beyhagh.medsab.ac.ir/article_1326.html}, eprint = {https://beyhagh.medsab.ac.ir/article_1326_61d168370f804d7a443e54413bd98563.pdf} }
